So these shoes I bought are too small, and i had to pester the ebay seller to ship them in the first place so I'll be selling these for $30 plus $5 for shipping. Worn for about 30 sec to realize they are too tight in the toes for me. Size 7. People local to Buffalo can poke me for pick-up/delivery to save shipping.

baseballchica03: Rock The Vote

Working Families Win, a local nonprofit group, is hosting a Rock The Vote® concert at Delaware Park, outside of the Albright Knox art gallery on the Saturday, November 1st from 3:00 to 10:00pm. The event will consist of live musical performances as well as speeches from local leaders. We're not promoting any particular candidate or political party, just trying to get people energized about voting and becoming more involved in the political process, and the WNY community more generally. This event is free and open to the public and will be held rain or shine (or snow).

Bands currently signed on to participate include Redwater, The Found, Davey O, Big Blue Room, Type Relevant, and The Thermidors. Speakers will include NYS Senator Antoine Thompson, Erie County Comptroller Mark Poloncarz, Erie County Legislator Betty Jean Grant, Erie County Legislator Michele Iannello, Buffalo Common Councilmember David Rivera, NYS Assembly candidate Jerry Schad, and Erie County Democratic Chairman Len Lenihan. We're still waiting to hear back from a few more groups and speakers, but you can check Facebook or the RTV website for updates. Quote Nightclub has also signed on as a sponsor and will be the spot for the official afterparty of this RTV event.

Hope to see you there. Spread the word!

right_track: Sales Post: $300.00 (USD) Ikea gift card- Selling for $280.00 (USD)

I was given a $300.00 dollar (USD) Ikea gift card for Christmas but unfortunately the closest Ikea is in Toronto, Canada and I live Niagara Falls, NY. Aside from having to drive into Canada and pay the tax exchange (tax in Ontario is MUCH higher than that in the Niagara County), I also have a fairly small vehicle. Using the card really wouldn't be worth the effort- (I'm trying to buy a bookshelf for my living room and in order to get it home I would have to rent a truck, which would cost me even more money.) I had considered using the card for online shopping but unfortunately the cost of shipping is greater than the cost of the item itself. I would much rather use the money to buy something locally than use the card and pay massive additional fees (be it for online shopping or physically renting a truck and picking up the items I am interested in.)

I am selling my unused $300.00 Ikea gift card for $280.00 (USD). The card is still in it's original gift packaging. If you are interested please respond. I will ship world wide but I will only accept payment via paypal in USD.

* I'm also willing to do a local pickup for anyone living in the area, however I will only accept cash or paypal prior to the sale.
